Kenzie Social approached me with one goal: refine and elevate.
The agency was ready for a visual identity that matched the level of service they deliver: polished, confident, and unmistakably premium. The founder had never connected with the original logo and wanted a brand that finally felt aligned with her vision and clientele.
My role was to transform Kenzie Social from a “Canva starter brand” into a high-end digital presence. Through strategic branding and a fully redesigned website, we repositioned the business to communicate expertise, credibility, and luxury at every touchpoint.
Logo Design Strategy
The brief called for a brand that felt refined and premium, which immediately informed the typography direction: timeless, elegant, and enduring. The client also expressed a strong affinity for hunter green, setting the tone for a palette that felt rich without being loud.
To capture the sophistication she wanted, I paired a classic serif with a soft script, balancing structure and personality. The combination communicates credibility while keeping the brand approachable.
But Kenzie Social isn’t a traditional luxury brand. It’s polished yet modern, confident yet social. The kind of brand that feels as comfortable in a boardroom as it does at a party.
To express that duality, I introduced a subtle disruption: the “z” in Kenzie sits slightly askew. That small shift breaks the formality just enough to add character and memorability. It signals that the brand is premium, but never stiff.
From that moment, the “z” became the signature — a distinctive detail that anchors the identity and carries the brand’s personality throughout the system.
